You've used a few "keywords" to which people here are a little sensitive. For example, "uncut" implies, albeit ever so subtly, that "cut" is in some form or other, a sensible option, and you then go on to mention circumcision as if that were some sort of medical option. Rather then "uncut", the word "intact" is more reassuring in as far as that the alternative is more correctly, "mutilated".
The third point is that you are glibly presuming that the foreskin should necessarily retract on erection, like a horse or a dog or whatever. Human beings are however an entirely different species and in particular, we are different in that sexual intercourse is used as an expression of love and affection and in consequence, lasts much longer (in general) than animals (though pigs and dogs do have their own interesting arrangements). The foreskin is an important accessory in facilitating this, and whilst the ability to retract is very important, it is not at all necessary that it retract just because the penis is erect, even if many do.
So, before you claim you have a "problem", you need to explain whether your foreskin will retract when you pull it back? If it does, then that will also happen when you have intercourse, and you'll be perfectly fine. If it does not retract, then you need to do some stretching and although there is such a lot of other, tangential discussion here (which is as it should be), you will find plenty of descriptive material on stretching the foreskin.
