Oh yeah, mine too, lots of guys are like us, and some retract partially when they get stiff, and other guys, who have short foreskins retract all the way. It isn't because its "supposed to" or should do it "automatically," it's just because as some guys get stiff and their penis expands and lengthens, there isn't enough foreskin to keep them covered. I've got a good mate who uncovers partially and he hates it cos when he gets a stify and he's dressed, once he starts to get soft again and his foreskin starts to slip forward, it grabs some of his pubes under it and he says it really is uncomfortable and has to be put right immediately.

Nope, cos it isn't designed to do that. If it were, there'd be a muscle there to pull it back or we'd have a foreskin attached to our body like an animal does. However, it's easy enough to just reach down and slip it back with your hand, or if it can't be slipped back, then use a bit of lube (like you'd have to during sex if you got circumcised) and it will slip into your girl and work just fine with the foreskin forward.

Actually, you and I and lots of others, have the best of both ways, we can either stay covered, when it would be uncomfortable to have the knob rubbing about, or slip the skin back to be like a cut boy.
