In cases of an unretractable prepuce, erections probably do cause the foreskin to stretch. Over a lifetime the amount might be significant, but when the foreskin has been excised or the preputial orifice has been artificially opened at a fairly young age, the stretching would be minimal. In each case the amount of penile "lengthening" would differ according to the individual. In every case there is only an 'apparent' increase in overall length.
