PB claims that his foreskin was holding back his erection, so that now he has an extra half-inch (presumably the erectile tissue was forced backwards into his body). But since skin does grow with repeated stresses, which in this case would cause the foreskin to open up like working an augur to widen an aperture, the whole claim seemed dicey to me. His claim of using a ruler to do a before and after brought the whole point home, since the foreskin would have to be closed up like the anteater's snout to 'hold back' the erection, but this would add to the total length, an additional amount lost on retraction, or make measuring to the tip if the glans completely impossible. If on the other hand, the foreskin was thin enough at the tip to allow accurate measurement, it would long ago have opened up from repeated erections - even if he never pulled on the skin in masturbation or any other way. Whoever Posterboy is, he's not a posterboy for knowledge, because he clearly is making this story up out of some (demented?) desire to convince guys that if they just go under the knife they will have bigger erections.
