If this fellow posted to either PROCIRC or Circlist, he'd be booted in a minute. Only the most cloyingly positive messages are allowed on those sites. If you speak privately with a member of one of those groups about their own experience they will admit to reservations about the efficacy of circumcision. Their obsessive fascination with the procedure keeps them in thrall, however, and they don't dare buck the accepted 'line' for fear of losing face.

As for the rage which adult men display after discovering what has happened to them, I believe that for their psychic health they would be advised to seek counseling, especially now that the truth is known about what has been lost. Recently a fellow in England took the advice of his doctor to be circumcised for a tight foreskin, but when he later realized what had been lost, he almost went out of his mind. Now on drugs to control his depression, he's about to begin restoration. It's the rare individual who can work through the intense feelings of loss, rage, and pain on his own.
