trying the stretches

Jims page is really helpful.im gonna start doin the stretches.just a few questions.

1)what about those tears and cuts?is that just because of masterbating a lil too much?and are there any creams that i can apply to help, ones that i can find around my home or get over the counter(i.e. Nivea)?

2)how long before the stretching starts to take affect and i am able to retract?
