This doesnt happen often. It usually happens when i masterbate more than twice a day. I cant really remember how long its been happening. I think roughly two years or over. And like i said masterbating more than once or twice a day seems to be the cause of it. It doesnt itch. More like a stinging sensation. And yes it is a little red, right on the edge. I am not using any soap or anteseptic on it other than the saop i use in the shower.
