Being Circumcized

I am 15, and was left uncut as a baby, and was wondering if it would be possible if I have my dick circumcized, if it will look like the guys that were done as a baby?

There dicks look as if they still have some of that pink skin (not sure what its called) for about an inch under the head, until where the dark line is.. Would it be possible for the doctor to leave an inch of that skin on my dick and cut more of the other skin off?
