The cosmetic results would be pretty much the same regardless of if you were circumcised as a baby or an adult. However, I'd certainly be inclined to speak to your parents if you haven't done so already (you'll have to speak to them sooner or later anyway) and then perhaps consult your doctor. It would also be worth considering you motivations for having it done. Sometimes fitting in or peer pressure is not the best of considerations.
