Stretching the frenulum couldn't possibly take more than a couple of months at the most. You are either very, very impatient about your personal goals, or very, very ignorant about how to do things.
Surgery is surgery and with it comes all the risks such as bleeding, infections and complications. Are you not aware of the new resistant strain of staph that has recently taken hold in the Los Angeles area? It is being spread hand to hand without the need for cuts or other entry areas. Don't you think every hospital in the country will soon have its own variety. Why would you suggest that anyone should subject himself to any such risk when the alternative has absolutely none at all. Anyone with good common sense and the desire to complete the task could stretch his frenulum.
