It was my first post and I thank to all who replied. Skin cells don't break and then grow bigger permanently like the cells of the shaft and the glans. That means that if stretching works it will work for as long as you practice it. The minor surgery on the other hand solves the problem once and for all. Or does it...
I will be trying stretching for a few months. What I read online including here convinced me. I am not crazy about invading part of the body with a scalpel, I am also not a fanatic of the kind saying evolution made us what we are, we shouldn't interfere...cuz our bodies do have flaws. I just want a solution.
