Trying again for some advice

Guys I was cut just over three weeks back - complicated by an adverse allergic reaction to the stitches and then straight forwared infection which I am on antibiotics for.

The stitches are now out but my erstwhile foresking where is stitched back to my penis shaft is still very swollen.. does this go down as it is far from attractive !!

Has anyone here any information or is this forum just to fight about whether or not people should be cut.
