Boby, I belong to those who say there is no loss of sensitivity after the frenulum (only) is cut. In my case it was done years ago. I'm uncut and I can assure you that the sensitivity certainly doesn't have to decrease by this treatment. It's really a great benefit not to be troubled by a rather tight fraenulum. Do not believe all the others that tell different stories. I'm not a foreskin-hater and I strongly advise you to keep it intact. It's a very special organ that can give you much pleasure, but clipping or tying up the fraenulum will not destroy the important nerves if done in the right way. Ask your doctor.
