As an answer to: Odd presumption! written by Paul B. at 08 Feb 2003 12:01:03:

There are women who have kids and you can never tell, there are other women who have lost weight and you can't tell if they were ever different. Anyway, those examples are too general. I was talking about my experience, about a very specific piece of skin. Unlike masturbation during sex there is no control over the foreskin as it slides farther back pulling more on the frenulum. That's why for me the pain is only during sex. After a couple of months of normal regular sex life the pain disappears, that's true. I guess the frenulum becomes stretched from being exercised regularly. However if it all stops followed by a couple of months with masturbation only and no sex (my life at this point at least is such that I travel and that's how it is) the next time I have sex it all starts from the beginning. It hurts a bit again and again takes time to go away. That is why I think if I hand stretch the frenulum it will work for as long as I practice it. Which leads to the choice of stretching every time I need to for a life time versus one time surgery.
