Yes, I'm ruefully aware of how long a circumcision can take. Having just read a blurb at a pro-circ site describing how wonderfully quick a Mohel can be...five minutes, including the wine bit, I was being deliberately sarcastic. Some of those fanatics fantasize the pull forward and hack method customary with certain African tribes in which a 60 second job would be agonizingly slow.
