Tell us the results of the balloon test.

Hold the end of your foreskin shut and pee into it so it turns into a balloon. Need I tell you to do this outside, or in the shower?

Observe where the foreskin balloon "sticks" to the penis head. It will be attached to some degree by the fraenulum underneath, but in all other places the penis head (glans) should be quite [i]inside[/i] the balloon. To the extent that it is stuck, you can tell whether this is over a large area, or a small one. It may be that the area you [i]see[/i] is stuck, but it is actually "unstuck" behind there.

You should also have an idea even before the "test", as to whether the "stuck" part is only in one place, such as the top, or all round.

Even better, this is actually [i]therapeutic[/i] - that is, by doing it regularly, you can actually, progressively separate the part that is stuck.
