Do these treatments work from outside or inside :) i mean are they creams or pills? Sorry, not sure how to phrase this...

The stretching is going ok, the foreskin is going over the gland quite easily but the fraenulum needs to stretch a LOT more. At the moment the whole foreskin doesn't go very far down my penis but remains wrapped on itself at the base of the gland...
