Thanks for your help, As I've mentioned in another post, I've preferred to see a doctor to get a prescription before starting applying something: I had grown a little concerned with this particular infection.

Anyway, the frenulum stretching continues very slowly, in fact the frenulum is so short that I have problems actually getting hold of it with my fingers as you suggested and have to pull on the foreskin instead which, in turn, pulls the frenulum.
