Here in Hungary, if you go to a pharmacy, you deal with pharmacy cashiers (some if not all of them are pharmacists anyway), no matter if it's an otc or a prescription product. They will deliver you the product in either case. A pharmacy doesn't look like a normal shop where you would pick stuff and then go to the cassa. Not sure if this is the tendency in Britain or in Europe in general, but here it works like this.
