Foreskin Versatility

And presumably slides back and forth over the glans easily? That would be the preferred behaviour to ease sexual intercourse.

Jim's point is that it is, or can be, as versatile as it needs be. If you want it to pull further back, then you can do what is suggested here (you have to read through and find the information, regrettably you will find some silly arguments also) for "fraenulum stretching" and slowly get it to pull back further and further.

Presumably you want it to behave much as depicted in these pictures (enlargements to be found on this page). That would be fine, but you really have to know why you want it to be so loose, as you will almost certainly find masturbation and intercourse quite fine as you are.
