Justin, some people mature at an earlier age than you are doing. No big deal. So far your situation hasn't bothered you in any way, has it? It's interesting that you say you found this website before you realized you had a "problem." What was the motivation for seeking it out?
The answer to your question is that nothing will happen to you that hasn't already happened. What are you expecting to happen? Your description doesn't indicate any deformities, nor do you mention inability to complete your sexual activities.
Ideally, the foreskin should retract, and yours can if you are willing to do a little bit of fun work. Are you willing to take charge of your own body? Can you follow directions? Can you finish a job that you start? If the answers to all of those questions are "Yes", then you have the aptitude to make retraction a reality.
Ralesk has given some options, the best of which is the first, that of stretching the skin to allow it to work as designed. The rules are simple and success can be yours within a matter of a few weeks. We can discuss the mechanics right here if you wish, or you are welcome to post your question over at the forum linked below. That alternative is provided in order to assure that distractions are minimized as there are some who would strongly suggest that you might be incapable of fixing your own problems.
