I Have A Problem, Help...

i have just recently noticed that i have a problem, my foreskin doesnt re-tract over the head of my penis. but when its ''cold'' and my penis is smaller than usual when flacid it will re-tract over the head (it takes a while though)

ive had this for my whole life, and im thinking about going to the doctors, i know it sounds stupid but im scared to drop my pants and show the doctor my penis.

i just wondered if there was anyway that you can get rid of this problem without the doctors aid??
