As an answer to: So I think I might have this problem.... written by Justin at 14 Feb 2003 11:36:24:

Hi, Justin: Your condition mirrors mine to a point....except that your 'dime-sized' opening is twice the diameter of mine at your age. Though it was years ago, like AJ (below) I consented to circumcision as a solution, on the advice of doctors...those same doctors he advises you to consult. As I have the benefit of hindsight, unlike AJ, whose circumcision is still fresh, my experience is one which can be characterized by a gradual loss of sensation in the glans and a progressively difficult and lengthy time to reach orgasm. This is not to mention the abrupt loss of the highly innervated and sensitive foreskin itself, something that you do not wish to lose.

Were it possible, I would return to my original state in which the foreskin could not be retracted, even if there were no other solution. The hurt that you experience when pulling back hard on the skin would be nothing compared to the harm accomplished by circumcision. Ralesk and Jim have given you your options, and if it were me, I'd go the 'stretch' route, after which both masturbation AND sex are infinitely improved and intensified. I know a bit of this, as I have restored my foreskin by slowly stretching remaining skin. Having a mobile foreskin is by far and away superior to living with a tight foreskin...or, God help us, slicing it callously from one's body. That only demonstrates how lazy, impatient, and self-hating one can be.

I'd advise that you look through the archives of this Forum...(apologizing in advance for your having to wade through a lot of extraneous stuff). You will find instances of men who have successfully stretched their foreskins until they are fully functional.

Again...sex is enjoyable with an unretractable foreskin. It is much better with a retractable, functioning foreskin. Sex becomes progressively more difficult for both male and female after the male has been circumcised. Read Kristen O'Hara's book: Sex As Nature Intended It, c 2001. (www.SexAsNatureIntendedIt.com)

See the link at the bottom of Jim's message? Should you wish, go there for instructions on stretching that are free of interruptions. Rood

>I just found this web site. I am 20 years old and it has never even occured to me that the foreskin on my penis is suppose to move down over the head? Is that right? I think thats what it is saying. And mine has never even come close to that, I can just barely see the actual penis when I pull it back until it hurts, about a little bigger than a dime of actual penis exposed.
>So if this means I have this problem, what does that mean for me?
>I masturbate and do not have alot of sexual experience. I worry that my becoming use to masturbation with a foreskin and with it not moving at all may make it hard for me to become used to or acheive the same level of sexuality if it is at all altered. Has anyone had the same problems? What are the options, I would really like to just leave it but do I actually have the problem? Has someone else had the same problems with masturbation and then having it changed? Can they still masturbate, is it not as enjoyable if they are circumsized? Is sex enjoyable without changing it, and then after changing it is it less enjoyable?
>What happens if I do have this, and I decide to leave it?
