Justin, you are not going to be given a hand job at the doctors. If your doctor is male and your are not gay then it is not an arousing experience at all. If your doctor is a hot babe - then it could be a little different. Regardless - any examination only takes a few seconds and is not all that comfortable due to the embarrassement/neverous factor and that it is done in the context of business and not pleasure.
