Tugging at the skin for permanent expansion requires patience, and yes, there are times when it looks as if no progress is being made. That is normal and to be expected. If you were to attempt to complete the task all at once, you wouldn't be able to accomplish it, because the skin won't stretch that far. Skin cells take a little time to multiply, so when these plateaus occur, it's important to continue applying the tension regularly with the understanding that the skin just won't budge beyond those temporary limits until new cells are in place to create new limits. Does that make sense?
You can learn more about skin expansion by getting involved with a foreskin restoration group. At the present time, this is probably the best source of what is happening in this exciting field. Claims of the group NORM indicate that there have been somewhere around 20,000 men involved directly with their organization over the past several years. When you consider that each of these participants has made contact with several others who have, in turn, done likewise, the number of men who have employed skin expansion techniques on their penile skin could easily be in the hundreds of thousands by now. Remember, this movement has existed since the early eighties, around twenty years. That's a lot of experience from which to draw, and it far exceeds that of the orthodox medical community. Interestingly, all who have stuck by the program have enjoyed success.
This leads to your implied doubts that the frenulum might not react to tugging. Why do you think so? The tissue is no different from that of the rest of the foreskin which reacts quite favorably to tugging and expansion. We've had young men employ the techniques suggested for lengthening the frenulum, and all of them have had good results.
Are you speaking in the first person, or for someone else who has expressed doubt? Can you provide more details so we can sort out exactly what happened?
