From the photos you compare yourself to, it seems as though you have GREAT retraction. Any more retracted and you will be circumcised. The last picture you showed is of a penis with NO frenulum. And, IMO, it looks rather disfigured.
This happened to my ex once, during the first few weeks we had begun having sex. Over the next 6-7 yrs though, it never happened again.

As par as pain during/after sex, I can understand that's uncomfortable. Perhaps you got a bit eager during sex. Take it a little easier next time, but I don't think it's a big problem. Just make sure to let it heal completely.
