>You are one example, AJ. I was another.

Pure speculation about me, Rood.

>Ah, yes, that's the whole point, you were frozen with fear and shame, hardly able to see a doctor, much less relate openly with your own body.

Huh? When did you imagine me saying that, Rood?

>One doesn't mutilate one's body when one has a healthy self-image.

Yeah. Right. Positive thinking heals everything. "What? I have cancer, doctor? It's in my leg? No don't amputate it I have a healthy self-image! I'll be okay."

>I've seen it too many times beginning with my own experience. Most recently a dear friend allowed his self-hatred to ally himself with the erotic stimulation on a pro-circ site to blind himself to a positive self-image and normal, healthy relationships.

So of course everyone must be like your friend then?

>Instead, he relies for comfort on a person who suffers from serious obsessive/compulsive disorders (not that an expression of sympathy and love should be denied him). His mental confusion resulted in a second, completely unnecessary circumcision.

So? The guy has some problems. What's that got to do with the price of beans and the subject at hand? I dare you to answer that question without speculating!

> It is all too sad and tragic to relate.
>Nudity (never an 'ism') is an expression of a healthy acceptance of one's body.

Over here in England we call you guys nudists. Nudists practice nudism. Sorry for the cultural confusion.

>It is when we find shame and embarrassment in ourselves that we consent to the mutilation of our bodies.

I see. So...Rood felt that way and, naturally, everyone else must feel the same way as Rood did. Interesting. Truly interesting.

>But you are getting better...self-acceptance is a process, and your growing comfort with stripping before a doctor is an indication of your growth.

I'm happy stripping in front of doctors now? When did that happen? When did I start stripping in front of doctors? Last time I recall was post surgery check up - 2 years ago - that's hardly a regular thing! Rood, you seem to have drawn this conclusion from your imagination.

>Keep it 'up', and you, too, may in time be a nudist. Stranger things have happened.

Nah. I doubt I could ever be like you, Rood. I'm sorry but posting naked pictures of myself on the internet is just not something I'd ever be in for. There's also a lot of other differences between us. An example of just one difference: I don't think kids masturbating with their fathers is right - in any shape or form. Where as your stance of "I'm not saying that father/son masturbation is necessarily wrong". Remember that? It's just one of a host of differences and issues between us that I don't agree with you on. I also don't like to speculate about people with only flights-of-fancy as proof to back up claims.

Please stop speculating about me, Rood, it's a meaningless logic that seems only to be applicable to you. I would also ask in future that you do not mention me in your posts again too. I don't spend time telling people about you, now do I?

Thanks.
