There are some carbohydrates in vegetables, for sure, but when on the diet to eliminate the yeast, it is important that those be limited. Energy does not come only from carbs. Take a look at the Atkins diet which pretty much limits carbs just I have suggested for yeast control. Those people lost fat because their body burns it for energy. The latest news from medical fields is that they are now having to admit that Atkins was right all along, and that those following his advice not only lose weight, but they also lower their cholesterol. Carbs are not necessarily the best thing you can be putting into your body. Those which you do consume should come from as natural source as possible, as Dr Paul has suggested, brown rice and whole grains if you need to fill in the voids in the tummy.
