And a good choice it was too!
I was merely pointing out a matter of scale. What you have is a tiny injury (albeit, perhaps painful), comparable perhaps to developing an annoying pimple - the sort you get when a hair buries itself under your skin, and the infection won't settle down until you find it and pull it out.
In the context of sexual intercourse, it is precisely comparable to a girl whose hymen is torn during her first intercourse; an uncommon event nowadays where girls use tampons, and all the more uncommon one would hope where intercourse is not copied from farmyard animals (i.e., is instead pursued in a thoughtful and gentle, progressive fashion).
As such, requesting advice is sensible, consultation with a doctor might be a consideration, and somewhere (distant) "down the track", steroid ointment (betamethasone ointment 0.1%) might facilitate stretching.
Although I realise that this might be the search key that brought you to this particular site, when you mention "Fraenuloplasty", it becomes apparent that you have found far too much information in your search, to the point of confusion. Given quite obviously normal anatomy, any suggestion of surgery - making substantial cuts into tissue - as a response to sustaining a tiny tear in a slightly delicate structure - should be perfectly apparent in its absurdity.
I think you get the point - I want you to be shocked, so that you halt, take a few steps back, and look again at the situation, collect your senses, and think "Whoa! Why did I ever say that?"
