swollen skin

last night i got a little carried away, i masturbated 3 times after each other.
i woke up this morning with my dick skin swollen. the skin was over the head when i swell, so it cant cut off any blood supply to the head of my dick. will this swelling go down after a while? or will i have to get it drained?
