To my mind, he didn't twist Paul's word, he went off on an entirely independent rant. But he did thoroughly prove the wisdom of 28/F's advice. I'm afraid that for awhile I harbored the notion that he might have some decent intentions, but the past week or so has shown him to be nothing but pernicious.
