I'd recommend seeing a doctor...sooner rather than later. It would have been preferable that you had done so the first day. It would seem that you had a rupture within your penis. A friend in MN had the same thing happen to him while having sex...he 'missed'! Don't mean to alarm you, but your original post gave the impression that it was the foreskin which was swelling. At least call your doctor right away and ask his advice.
