Hmmmm...remind us, please, re: your age, size of preputial orifice before you began stretching, etc. The glans and foreskin adhere naturally at birth and eventually should separate on their own. You might try PaulB's trick of holding the orifice tightly closed when urinating to see where the foreskin will balloon and where it doesn't. The exercise by itself will encourage separation. Report back the results...and do this outdoors or in the shower, please.
