The colour of the foreskin.

Can someone please tell me what the colour of the foreskin is supposed to be? My foreskin is the same colour as the rest of my body except for in some areas. I have white skin but on my foreskin I have light brown blotches, some at the front and some at the back. I would like to know if this is normal, or bruising via masturbation has caused it. Also, I have come across something called Vitiligo on the net, but it seems to only affect black people, but is there a similar disease that gives white people shades of light brown skin?
I am 16 years old and I am white, but I have a natural tan.
Also, I don't mean to be a nuisance, but I have little white spots on the loose skin of my testicles, apparently this is normal, but I'm not so sure, is this right?
