Good for you! You probably haven't noticed, but you likely have dark skin around your anus too, and between your thighs just at the base of your scrotum. These are areas where the skin rubs a lot, and respond with pigmentation.

Rubbish! It just makes more dramatic pictures on dark-skinned people. I have seen plenty of people with vitiligo, but very few of them were aborigines. Actually, I do seem to recall one such lady with a couple of spots, some weeks back ... but it wasn't dramatic.

Yes. It's called "cafe-au-lait" spots.
