As a student at a prestigious university, you are quite aware of certain unchangeable laws of nature, are you not? One of those laws deals with the way the skin grows. Your body has already used the rules of that law to build your body from a tiny ovum to the 6-0 frame that you now reside in. Skin expands when tension is applied to it. There is no exception unless the skin is on a dead person I'm assuming that you are still breathing Elliott, so if you apply the principles of stretching to encourage skin expansion, you can easily and quickly solve your minor problem yourself. It is not a medical problem any more than starting any other exercise program. A doctor, of course, would gladly make it a medical problem for you if you want to waste your time in seeing one. However, it is in your lifetime best interest to preserve your foreskin. If you follow the link to my webpage, I'll be happy to coach you in what steps to take next.
