I have never in my life seen anyone with such a condition, however I have once encountered some (quite weird) page about hypospadias, where people also posted pictures of their quite distorted penises. Some of them I recall having interesting foreskin-glans connections...

It's "glans", not gland. And is a singular word.

I hope someone here will be of a better input.
