Since people do not burst from getting fat and you have just admitted the skin grows and stretches (that is, while stretched by say, fat tissue, it will grow), how is a foreskin any different from other skin of the body?
Not to mention, things that aren't usually stretched are by some tribes indeed: lips and earlobes. Seen any person in any of these tribes who couldn't conform because it didn't stretch (and as a result: GROW)?
