Hi, Val: Thanks for the pics. As you have never before been retracted until trying foreskin stretching, the condition must be congenital. However, they look similar to 'skin tags' which may result from circumcision. I have a couple myself and they don't create a problem. Be wary about cutting them, though. Most doctors don't have the experience to know how to do the job.

I would recommend first finishing the stretching process while researching your options. As you weren't even aware of the condition before stretching, it evidently created no physical difficulty. Is it only a cosmetic concern?

Do you mind if I ask in what region of the country you live? I might be able to suggest someone you might consult.
