Jim, Ralesk, don't be silly, I really did see the severe adhesions, but the total situation needs the same treatment to my opinion. In an intricate situation like this all the skin must be used to get a smooth surface by means of cutting at more than one place. The short frenulum is a part of it and will obstruct good final results.
