What's this necessity of a "smooth surface"? I don't have a "smooth surface", and I function quite well. Likewise, a "short frenulum" may easily be lengthened by simple stretching exercises. He's doing them now. You seem unusually and unnecessarily eager to have the gentleman submit to the knife.
