You are the advocate for cosmetic surgery on your dick, and you say Jim has a morbid obsession? Give us a break!

It pales into insignificance beside the spectre of them giving some credence to your purported "information".

Teenagers in particular have problems with body image. The two most vital messages they need to see repeated to the point of familiarity, are that whatever they are physically is good enough, and that the only "improvement" they need, is to work toward developing self reliance.

The last thing on earth they need, is to be directed toward seeing cosmetic surgeons every time they detect some trivial variation from the "norm".
