Your little theory about knee tissue not being able to stretch makes absolutely no sense at all any more than your dispute of the claims that Paul and I have made and proven. If what you say were true, we'd all have knees the size of infants. My own are a hell of a lot bigger than they were at birth, so I quite convinced that the tissue did grow, since the bones aren't sticking out from breaks in the skin. Would you perhaps like to change your tune a little? If you can't explain why adults have knees larger than babies without breaking the skin, it looks like you are just a big phony who can't stand to think that you had your frenulum cut when you could have saved it with simple exercise. My my, you guys are certainly desperate to prove whatever your point might be. It's being to look as if the point might be on your head!
