I think you should ask this question in another manner. How many girls are in the habit of pulling back their clitoral hood to expose their clitoris, and rubbing that against the mattress? In fact, how many of them actually rub their clitoris with their (dry) finger?
If you figure out the answer to that question (and I'm sure the girls will be happy to explain it to you), you'll know the answer to yours.
