>I was a "sufferer" of phimosis till a few weeks ago (I am 21), but after stretching techniques I am now able to retract my foreskin fully during masturbation. However, when I touch the now exposed head of my penis when it is erect, it seems to be very sensitive and hurts quite a bit. Hence I am not able to rub my penis against my mattress.
>Is this normal?Absolutely normal. I remember when I first started pulling the skin back to wash - even soothing warm water was painful. Now it is still sensitive enough that I won't rub it directly, but it can be touched.
Please stop rubbing the glans so roughly, for your own sake. That was appropriate when the outer foreskin mediated, but the glans is meant to encounter the extremely soft, moist and slippery confines of a stimulated vagina. Roughness with any part of the body will lead to callousing and loss of sensation. You don't want a glans with the sensitivity of a great toe - if you did, you'd have opted for circumcision.
