Hello,

I was circumcised two days ago. I had a very tight foreskin and had never seen the head of my penis. To help treat the phimosis i was given a steroid cream which i applied for 2 months. this had very little effect. My foreskin remained very tight. So i decided to go for a cirumcision. The uroligist did not remove all my foreskin, but enough to solve my problem. He tried to keep as much foreskin in tact as possible as the foreskin contains sexual nervings. Surprisingly i am not in alot pain. The only problem is at night when i get erections i wake up.Since the op, the penis has been in a swelled state, so it can be painful with an erection.
The most annoying thing about the circumsicion is that the head of the penis rubbing against my cloths. This is somthing i am not used to and its quite sensitive. Does anyone have any helpfull tips? How long does the swelling last for? How long does the head of the penis remain so sensitive? Should i be worried about any infections? Any advice would be appreciated.
