Jim is right that the doctor should have given you stretching instructions. If there were a cream that simply made thingsgrow without further attentions, don't you think people would be using it in lots of ways. Perhaps in many cases the cream facilitates the stretching that erections would cause - after all erections put the skin under tension (as you are fully discovering now). But it clearly does not suffice for most guys and they should be taught to open the 'gunny sack.'

I'm going to shock the regulars here by saying that AJ's site is really quite good on recovery. He has been there as have many of his visitors. Healing is ealing, I suppose, but it seems unique when it's in such a delicate place.

Long term, I would recommend that you start restoring. Your foreskin was meant, among other things, to protect your glans (head) from the rubbing that is now so annoying to you. You can make the remaining foreskin grow to give you that coverage. If you do not, then the rubbing will tend to deaden and callous the glans, and after a number of years, you will lose much of the sensation (it takes quite a while, since the rubbing is nowhere near as intense as, say, your feet get). As Jim is the expert on stretching, and AJ on recovery from the surgeries, Rood is the expert on restoration. He would be happy to guide you through.
