Methods and treatment

Hi everybody

I just found out that i have phimosis. i am 16 years old and have for the past several hours been intensely reading on methods and treatments. i am very very reluctant to think about circumcision, but i really just wanted to know exactly how people get over all of this. If anyone could explain how they do their stretching excersises i would be very happy. i have read that stretching sometimes doesnt work for some people, and they have to get treatment, but i am also reluctant to do that. i am aiming for more the natural way and trying to stay away from betamethasone and circumcision as much as possible. also i was hoping someone could tell me about how long it takes to go from phimosis to a normally acting penis without scarring. thank you so much.
