He doesn't know. He only knows what he has read or been told by his anti-circ colleagues. Actual objective studies show that there is no significant difference between cut and uncut men in regards to sensitivity.
While there may be a small number of men that have made the complaint of an issue with sensitivity, it is an issue not only for circumcised men. Indeed a like number of uncut men have that complaint in later life too. However, it is extremely rare to see them (the uncut men) become as rabid and infatuated about the foreskin as some of the anti-circ community are inclined to do.
