If the physician means by primary phimosis that the condition has existed from birth, there is absolutely nothing to stand in your way from achieving success through skin expansion. Sometimes we need to overcome a yeast infection which has caused the skin to tighten up after a period in which it could be retracted. This doctor's confusion seems a bit odd, for if he were trying to determine if it is caused by yeast, he should have taken a biopsy it would seem.
Whatever his motive or thoughts, he is wrong, for we are certainly getting real live results regularly without prescribing anything more than simple exercises. Of course, we are not going to send you a bill, but he can if you take his advice, so that is most likely his motivation. Our motivation is simply to educate you so that you will be able to pass on the privilege of remaining intact to your own sons some day.
